    ......order a new bike!

It's been arrid and dry here because we haven't had rain for over a month.

I've been researching and shopping for a new bike. I ordered one earlier this week and it's being assembled as we speak, but it's suppose to rain tomorrow through the weekend. Hmpf! Oh Great Tailwind gods, please deliver me from wet roads.

No I think a bunch of people in your area washed their car.

That was one way to get it to rain in Phoenix, was to was your car.

Here's hoping for dry weather for you!

Sundial, did you post about what bike you're getting? Last thing I read from you was that you sold your old bike and were pining for a new one... What did I miss?

Well, I was planning on surprising you guys with pics first. Didn't want to jinx it by breaking the news before it arrived at the LBS.

    Stay tuned for further developments.

I know exactly how you feel! It hasn't rained in weeks and the day I bring home my new mt. bike the bottom fell out! It was raining so hard and for so long, I took it for a spin at 10:30 that night around the street with no lights--not safe, I know but I just HAD to ride it once! Hope the rain stays away for you to be able to play!

No, I still have my silver bullet--the Sequoia.

Hopefully I'll have the new one ready to go by noon. Oooooh, I can't wait.

Awesome! What's wrong with the Sequioa? You just like having two? Do you plan to use them for different purposes?

Yes, I still have the Sequoia--I wasn't ready to part with her yet. I plan on using her as my "rainy day" bike.

no kidding! My DH got his new bike last Friday. We rode on Sunday but every other day this week it has rained! We finally rode again this morning and it started to sprinkle.

Good luck with the new bike!

I just got back from the bike shop and picked up my new hot ride. I posted her in the bike section so you can see her in all her glory. I drove home with a smile on my face the entire drive.
