What a difference a little ows practice makes... (race report)

Well, I did it. And my ankle is still in one piece, and the best part? I beat my last time by 3 minutes. While that may not be much, I am almost 100% more satisfied with my times in the first few events than I was last time.

And you know what? Between the last tri and this I may have swam 2-3 times, all of them in open water. My time was 5 MINUTES faster. There was no freakage.

    It was a beautiful thing.

(full race report here, because I'm too lazy to write the whole thing over....)

    Great report and race

I don't think I would have toughed it out on a sprained/twisted ankle - you are Iron, Woman
