OK, tonight Silver and I did a quick 20 miles. She was wearing one of these tops that is sleeveless and doesn't cover the shoulders and shoulder blades. I've not seen it before.
My goodness, my wife has been working out! It was so cool watching the definition in her shoulders and back. One little muscle would "beat" with each revolution.
