    What fun!!

Reminds me of my dad when I was little. We lived in Italy at the base of the alps and we couldn't afford lift tickets at the ski resort...he'd have my mom (a non-skier) drive us up the mountain, we'd gear up and head down the mountain on gorgeous untouched powder and mom would pick us up further down the mountain...the local police had issues with this but we did it anyway.

I didn't realize until this weekend that Surly was made in Minnesota. They are sweet bikes. However three things: 1. I am a proud Trek owner and I would have to leave our fledgling Trek group, 2. I don't have the monies for a Surly, and 3. I am not a big fan of their small frame sizes and 26" wheel set up.

HAHA...madscot...I am sure if you showed up in your (modified in order to ride) costume they would not mind at all if you were on a trek!!!
