    oooh boy - if a person tried to imitate that without knowing what they were doing it would be a recipe for some nasty broken legs and ankles..... (and wrists and arms and skulls...........)

    Pretty incredible feats of gymnastics though - you have to be very strong to do backflips like that.

    David Belle (superstar of Parkour) crashed on a very simple jump, and he insisted that it be publicized so people would see that you really can fall in Parkour, that falling is part of the whole thing.

    That car add reminded me of an episode of Top Gear where James May races a couple of freerunners across Liverpool. The freerunners won of course. So maybe that'll be the new trend in commuting?

    That's pretty cool. I know I can't do that stuff, just no vertical leap, with or without momentum I'm best staying on the ground and just watching
