Judging from the last post, there are quite a few of us that are looking to lose some weight. What do you ladies think about doing a weekly "check-in" just saying our weight change (not having to give actual weight, just -1, +2, etc) and how much we rode the previous week?
I personally like mid-week check-ins. I don't want to weigh myself after a weekend of eating and drinking![]()
Anybody else up for this? We could start this Wednedsay by just saying what our goals are. Maybe having someone (internet or not) to feel accountable to will help us reach our goals.
