Sorry for the slight thread hijack, a short note to my niece UK Eliphant, don't get toooooo carried away buying buffs. I know that you like them (I could never figure out how to wear 'em myself )

There's one here waiting for you when you arrive for the AIDS ride.

I got a nice one - white background with blue and yellow flowers on

Think it could be very useful for me as although I love going out in the sun my ears always get really itchy (eczema). I'll keep it over my ears under my helmet and that should help keep the sun off my ears

I didn't realize I could get them here. I'll have a look next time I'm in town, but I won't buy any. I just ordered three directly from the Buff website, delivered to Grandma's house in Sonoma. "only" two were for me though, a summer one and a winter one. And if Trek has another one waiting for me ( yay!) I have two to wear on alc so they don't get too stinky. I tend to sweat quite a bit. I'm hoping the buff will keep the sweat out of my eyes. I'll practice wearing them before the ride....

I tried mine out last night in the various styles you can use it. Just the job for keeping bugs out of your hair when you cycle Very simple idea but very effective. I shall be getting some more as I can see they'll be in daily use.

BTW they're either priced at £10.99 or £11.99 depending where you get them from. Blacks Camping charges £11.99 for them.
