Ruth, I taper for 2 weeks leading into an A race, but my A races are little longer than yours.So I'd say you should be good with 7 to 10 days taper. I'll get you some more details beyond this in a bit. Have to go look a few things up.

Could you bonce me some ideas about how you handle your taper.
I am 4 weeks out. My race will be equal in time to an Olympic distance race.
Just wondering what you all do.
