bolt-on blinky light?

Does anyone know of a red blinky light that will bolt onto a rear rack through the hole that's intended for a reflector, rather than being attached to the seatpost?
The only one I can find doing a web search apparently doesn't have stainless steel hardware and rusts out pretty quickly if you ride in the rain.

I'm not sure if this is what you want but I just bought this light and it's fantastic. http://http://www.rei.com/product/756360 That thing is incredibly bright. I clip it onto my seat bag but it has attachments for the frame or seat post included. Good luck.
