I've seen those at Bicycle Odyssey as well. I don't think they're "hydration" tables - they're electrolytes, right? Like endurolytes? What I mean is, they're not going to replace liquid.
I've been using Endurolytes on and off for years. They're great if it is a super long or hot ride and especially if all you are drinking is water. Sports drinks generally have some electrolytes in them, so you often don't need an electrolye tablet if you are drinking sports drinks (depending on the drink). For many reasons, people may just drink water and then a tablet like endurolytes or this Nuun is essential. You can't absorb and process liquid and your muscles don't function properly if you don't have electrolytes.
When you say they're "great" - what do you mean? Have you tested them on rides? How do they work for you? A review would be helpful!![]()
