Going down... weigh-in week of April 16

Down to 187 today, 5 pounds from last week, no doubt with the help of a sweet bike tour through Yellowstone and a concurrent lung infection / asthma attack

Still home sick trying to recover, but watching my portion sizes and trying not to gain back any weight I lose. Drinking water/hot tea like a fish. Felt my stomach growl before bedtime, realized I hadn't heard that sound in a long time... so I ate a 60-cal frozen fruit pop to soothe my sore throat. Good stuff.

Just not sure whether I'll recover/feel strong in time for my 3-day Kokopelli mountain bike tour May 3-6. Wish me luck/weight loss/lung health!

Congrats and I hope you get to feeling better soon!

I also saw a weight loss of 3 pound, whcich was more than I wanted, but I was expecting it. I shifted my routine around and I always lose a lot the first week I shift my routine. Next week I hope to see more lean muscle.

Oops, I gained a pound. The weather's been absolutely awful here and it's really getting to me. Here's to next week.

OTG-do not sweat it. You are doing fantastic and our bodies flucuate constantly. The weather has been crazy. Today is beautiful, but they are saying more rain tomorrow and Thursday.

    141 and holding.

Still no change on my official weigh-in but I did see a number under 140 this weekend after my long run.

OTG - it'll come off when the weather smarten's up.

    Good job BMO3 and Cyclasutra.

I am happy I'm back down to 120 after my two weeks off dieting. I still want to get down one more pound by the end of April.

WTG everybody! Keep up the good work. Get back on the wagon, if you've slipped. You can do it!!!

I'm down 2 pounds, which puts me at 116. Last time I felt light and freak'n strong on hills was at 110. But I'd be happy at 112/113. I'm 48 and 5' 1.25" (rats, lost 1/2" with age so far...)
