No!!! If you want to be healthy don't experiment with diet pills. Hoodia is supposed to supress your apitite and this is not something you want to do when you live an active lifestyle. If you want to lose weight and keep it off- do it right through healthy balanced diet and exercise. If you are lost on where to start, I am sure someone on TE will recommend a great book for you to read. But I highly doubt that there will be anyone who will tell you to try diet pills.

    Good luck,

    Marina

It works if you are a Kalahari Bushman tracking a tiger for 3 days so that you can finally kill it and take it back for the whole tribe.
As for the rest of us....I agree with FreshNewbie

HAHAHA....I needed that laugh SO bad!! Thank you margo49!
I tried it briefly, didn't work. I find, that just a cup of hot green tea seems to supress my appetite. I eat every 2.5-3 hours though on this plan my dad has me on so I drink the tea when I get hungry in between. Something is working though, because I've lost 6 lbs in the last week.

Thanks. Part of my problem - besides needing to lose 40 lbs is that I've been home on worker's comp since mid-January(had knee surgery). Here in Michigan we got some snow the other day - the weather is starting to even think about gettting nice. I was grasping at straws thinking the Hoodia would give me a jump start.
