    Quick question, quick response needed!

It's 48 degrees out and overcast. If I wear my Terry knickers with ibex wool over them, is that too heavy or maybe about right? (Or would knickers alone be enough?)

I personally would put something on top, my rule - below 65-67F wear layers. 48 is low enough to layer up. Have a nice ride ;-)

I'd go out wearing both, and take the Ibex off if you get too warm.

Great -- thanks! (Um, if by "on top" you meant, a jersey? Oh no, I wasn't planning on wearing one of those. )

Off to enjoy the cool before it disappears for the summer!
