It sounds as though everyone is doing well, either losing, maintaining, or back on track.
After not much last week, this week did show a loss off my hips (yay), BF%, and scale weight.
My capris are loose-which is great!
Now to eat the Easter candy in moderation. Oh I do so love chocolately carmel/marshmallowy goodness....
