Ride Report and Promised Bike Pics

    To disable ads, please log-in.

Silver and I each did 200+ miles in the last 5 days. She did 80 miles yesterday and I did 70 miles. We averaged 15.5 to 16 mph on different days, with considerable wind all but yesterday.

As promised, here are pics. Silver doesn't have her Madone, but I have my new Lemond.

Unfortunately, I'm struggling with LCL pain which according to reseach on TE is likely resulting from too many miles too quick and likely misalignment of my clips.

    Hey Mr. S,
You're not supposed to CARRY your bike 70 miles a day! No wonder you are in pain!!!

P.s. make sure your seat is high enough to avoid front/top of knee pain, it "might" be from that. And yeah, sounds like you are increasing mileage awfully fast! Give your body a chance to build the strength it needs to ride so hard.
You two are awfully cute. What a team!

P.P.S. Boy you two sure have come a long way since last year, when Mr. was what, 30 pounds heavier?, and Mrs. was lying in the hospital with multiple broken ribs!
