Tubus Cosmo/Logo rack

Any one use the Tubus Cosmo/Logo rack with 26" tires? If so which panniers do you use with them? I like the fact that they give better heel clearance. However with the lower mounting rails and my 26" tires, will I have a problem with larger panniers dragging? Also has anyone purchased anything from TheTouringStore.com?
If so, what was you experience? They have the best price I've seen so far, but their return period is only 7 days from delivery and I haven't heard anything about them.

That's the rack I'll be getting on my custom frame with 26" wheels. But I can't answer your question yet. Mimi's husband might have that rack on his new custom frame, but probably 700c wheels.
