    Thumbs up plain yogurt w/honey and walnuts

    My favorite go-to snack is one cup non-fat plain yogurt drizzled w/one TBSP of honey and topped w/a few TBSPS of chopped walnuts. It is reminiscent of Greek yogurt, only much more nutritious and lower calorie.

    It's delicious, nutritious and very satisfying.

    Try maple syrup (the real thing) instead of honey....

    Mmmmm!
