    IM training continues

So I haven’t been posting much. Here’s why:

Monday – 30 min swim, 1:30 hours yoga
Tuesday – 1:15 min high intensity hill run, 45 min ride
Wednesday – 1:30 hour swim, 45 min ride
Thursday – 1:30 hour high intensity hill ride, 30 min med intensity run
Friday – 30 min recovery ride, 30 min recovery/drill work swim

What have I got planned for the weekend:

    2:30 Run zone 1 to 2 Saturday.
Sprint distance indoor triathlon on Sunday followed by a low intensity ride, 1 to 2.5 hours depending on how I feel.

So I’m back into full IM training mode and I start my racing season this weekend. It’s exciting. This will be my comeback year after 2 years out of competition. It feels good to be back.

    Wow-wahine!
I see you are back from your flu bug- those are some serious training hours- way to go!.
I am just getting ready for our long run today but unlike you I will not be then competing tomorrow! I'm having a hard enough time working myself up for a trip to the dump
    Have a great weekend!

RnR, you don't get to call yourself a weenie until we ride together - off road. Then we'll find out who's the weenie. ME!!

Different goals, that's all. I'm sure you could do it too if you were into it.

    Great job Wahine!!

You managed to get some solid training in there. And it sounds like you had a bug?? I know the feeling, I had a touch of something last week as well!
Anyhoo, keep up the good work!
