    Windtraining Question

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I have an Elite Fluid trainer and have previously had my old Touring bike on it.

However the gears on this bike are fairly low and I feel that I am ready to push myself harder with my Spinerval tapes ( thanks for all the tips, girls! ). Hence I want to put my regualar bike on it BUT it has 650cc wheels.

Do I have to adjust the fly wheel to accomodate the smaller wheel? I have had a look and can't see how to do it.

I've had a better look, so I'll answer my own question. There are a couple of little screws right underneath the lever that you can adjust and it seems to slide the roller a bit further forward. Fingers crossed that it works.
