This morning, bright and early EST, I ordered a new video download from CTS Train Right - the Carmichael cycling videos. I couldn't locate the link that activated the download so I tried to contact them. Realizing that their time zone was off from mine, I left a message and waited a few hours. I tried again, left another message, waited some more. Sent an email, still nothing. I finally got through only to be transferred to leave yet another message.

Finally, after stewing around all afternoon, annoyed that I couldn't get something so simple resolved, I come here and vent. *PRESTO* No sooner do I hit ENTER on the thread and POOF the phone rings with the nicest, most helpful cust. svc rep ever.

I would delete the entire thread but given that I did vent and it was read by a few, I want to honor CTS by saying - hey, when someone did get to my problem, they handled it zippy skippy. Hooray!
