I was riding a Roubaix and decided it was too big for me. Now I am the owner of a lovely new to me (used) Ruby Pro. I love my Specialized bikes! What do you ride?

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather, to skid in broadside thoroughly used-up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: WOW WHAT A RIDE!!!!"
My bike isn't on the list![]()
I have an Allez Sport, maybe 2005 model - bought it from a shop that drown in Katrina but some of the stock was above the flood waters. I admit I bought it because:
1. I was desprite for a new bike when we discovered my other bike had a cracked frame and I needed a bike for the 2006 MS Tour
2. I admit, the price was right. Can't beat a sale price when the shop is trying to turn some revenue to rebuild. Bike was checked by a bike mechanic/former racer that I know - pronounced "a good deal" and "road worthy"

OUt of curiosity, I went to look over the women's bikes on the Specialized website. Is it just me, or does the site take like FOREVER to load each page?? To compare bikes, you naturally have to click back and forth between many pages. After many minutes of frustration trying to compare specs on various bikes and having to wait 10-15 seconds for EVERY page to load (even after already loading it once!), I gave up.I don't have this problem with other sites, and I have DSL connection. I think it's their dumb Flash codes.

The only modern bike I own, the Dolce Elite. I love it, even if it isn't an old steel bike.

divingbiker and I ride Sequoia's, KSH has a Tarmac. You don't include these in your poll.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

The Sirrus used to be listed on their site as a flat bar road bike, but isn't any more. I wonder if there's been significant changes in geometry?

The bikes listed are Women Specific, taken from the 2007 list. I didn't have room in the title to specify WSD.

Allez for me. I bought it in 2005. Shortly after I bought it, they changed the components. I was fortunate enough to get a mix of Ultegra and Dura Ace. They chaged it to 105 and Ultegra afterwards. Lucky Me!!![]()
I ride an older Sequoia Elite. I lust after Rubies and Tarmacs. (PS: Yes, the Specialized site drives me crazy, and drives me away from it.)

I ride a 2005 Dolce Comp and truely love, but my dream bike is the Ruby Pro for the only reason of making for a somewhat smoother ride as others claim it does.
