Have searched google but can not find. At one time on my fridge, I had printed out this really cool diagram. It was a picture of the entire leg and showed what muscles were being used depending on where you were in your pedal stroke. Anyone know where I can find another copy? my LBS want's it for next to the clipless pedal section.![]()

I did a journal search and found this article. It's free and comes in PDF. It has some great diagrams. I haven't read the article and it's likely waaaaaayyyyyy more information than you want. But... you migh still be able to use the diagrams.
