    Picture of Pedal Diagram?

    To disable ads, please log-in.

Have searched google but can not find. At one time on my fridge, I had printed out this really cool diagram. It was a picture of the entire leg and showed what muscles were being used depending on where you were in your pedal stroke. Anyone know where I can find another copy? my LBS want's it for next to the clipless pedal section.

    Way too much information

I did a journal search and found this article. It's free and comes in PDF. It has some great diagrams. I haven't read the article and it's likely waaaaaayyyyyy more information than you want. But... you migh still be able to use the diagrams.

    WOW! That was fast!

It is very close to what I had. Mine was in color. THe muscle groups and the action on the wheel were the same color so you could look at the wheel and figure out which muscle group was being used at that time.

Here is what Karen found. Anyone have it in color?

That one's still color coded, but all the colors are gray.
