    Nice Waterford 49cm on ebay

I noticed this really nice bike on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...2008&rd=1&rd=1

It won't fit my daughter, but it does look like a nice value. I did correspond with the seller and got this info. on the geometry, but obviously you should verify the info. before you bid. He has a real bike shop in CT so maybe some of you local gals could check it out. I have no connection with this auction, but started inquiring with the hope it would fit my daughter. It sounds so good I wanted to pass on what I learned.

Response from seller using ask seller a question

Stock geometry. I would say the handling is pretty neutral. Not quick, not overly stable. I believe the head angle is 71* seat 75* rake 53 cm = trail 61 mm. No toe clip overlapping the fender. The paint is pretty much perfect. The pictures don't do justice.
    BB height is 10.5 " with 700x 23c tires.Standover is about 29 3/4"
with rack, fenders,wb cage and pedals it's around 23lbs

I noticed this bike too - its sure is pretty. By the look of the measurements though I think it would be a little big for me. Just as well really as my husband would probably have heart failure if I got another bike.

It's just as well that E-bay is blocked by the company firewall

and it's just as well that I'm broke. I need a 4th bike like ..... but ooooh, Waterford and I bet my shop could make it fit me.

Yes, Trek, that would be a good bike for you. Then of course, we'd have to get Knot a Mondonico.
