Denise - I've started swimming with the Camelback Coaching's Master's group. IT IS AWESOME. Totally non-competitive like Cactus' was and Anne, the coach is amazing. Everyone is training for some IM or another.

We meet at the Jewish Community Center (Sweeetwater and Scottsdale) on Mon/Wed/Fri if you ever want to come. It's $7 to drop in. I know it is far for you, but you'd love it, I promise.

I think she was the one that I was going to call! I found her on the total emmersion site. I'll look it up again and give them a call. I need to plunk down some serious coin to have some one on one tho... I'm way past a masters class. I need some SERIOUS help (remember how long you waited for me to get on the bike course last year?? )!!!
Ok, you've given me a kick in the pants! I'm going to call her tomorrow!!
