I had always been puzzled by this idea of water weight. Like, how do I lose it? If I drink a lot of water, does that mean I'll gain weight? They probably seem silly, but thats what was going through my head.
I found this really interesting website that gave some really interesting advice. It's through Brigham and Women's Hospital here in Boston and has a lot of other very interesting info on weight loss and healthy lifestyles that I thought some of you would find interesting.
