Does anyone know where to find exercise/running tights in a tall size? I have a pair of Munich tights made by Hind which I like, but they're supposed to be semi-fitted and they're a little baggy since I had to go with a larger size for the length. I'd like to get something more fitted that's long enough. Hind carries a few talls, but they're few and far between and I haven't had any luck finding anything I like.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Deb

I have a tough time finding pants long enough that don't get all baggy and loose just to get the length.
I bought these: http://www.teamestrogen.com/products.asp?pID=22010 and am very happy with them. I like that the Hind Munich pants come in THREE lengths now, very nice!
Ibex (www.ibexwear.com) tends to have long legs and long sleeves (another thing I have trouble finding long enough)

I have seen tall tights at Luxuriouslytall.com. Best I can do for you.![]()
Thanks for the suggestions. I finally found the TE talls section - thought I'd checked out the store thoroughly but had missed the talls. I'll check out the others and keep looking.

Not running tights, but I bought the Terry something tall cycling tights and they are definitely tall. I never find things long enough, but these turned out to actually be almost too long! And they are comfy.
Now, does anyone know where to find tall jerseys? I have yet to find a jersey that is long enough in the body and long enough in the sleeves, without being huge all over. I like the fitted shape, but would like one that didn't end just above my waistline or where the sleeves only reach just above my wrists.
The Ativa cold weather tights I got at ****'s Sporting Goods (that's going to get censored, nickname for Richard's) are so long I can wear them tucked into my shoes and I'm just over 5'5".
I've yet to need tights since finding TE, but I own a pair I bought from Long Elegant Legs that are really long (and I have 36" inseam).
Now, as for Jersey's....if you read the descriptions on the TE site they will place notes on some jersey pages that politely says, "hey, you tall gals, stop drooling, this won't fit you" and other times a similar warning to the petites that they can pass one by. (Thanks, TE!).
That said, the best jerseys that I have found for length and fit are men's jerseys that have been styled in European Pro-fit (usually they are sized by numbers 1-5). As the numbers increase, the length increases, but the width only goes up a little bit. While it is a positive that the jerseys fit, the negative is that it is hard to find ones that I like the look of.
Also, check out the Descente line. I have a long-sleeved jersey that is wonderfully long
Help!!! Has anyone found some really long tights yet?
I have a 34" inseam and otherwise I'm very thin. I see the long/tall sizes on TE, but it doesn't look like they are giving the lengths for the talls. Or maybe if I'm realing it right the tall is one inch longer than the regular....like 30 inches, versus 29.....Oh, please....that's capri length.
I'm looking for some nice winter windproof tights. I ordered the performance brand in the womens' in med and they are 29, fit around but too short...tried the men's med too big around and still too short at 31 inches.
I looked at the long elegant legs and they don't have technical fabric.
I'm really frustrated!!!!!
I have a pair of Sporthill XC running pants that I got from REI a few years back. I also have a 34" inseam and they fit me ok. And they are very warm and wind proof. Don't know if they have them any more but it could be worth a try.
Yeah, I forgot about the running tights. I bought a pair from Road Runner Sports (men's tall) that were long enough. But, check a runner's tight carefully for seams. My runner's tights have a decorative seam that runs down the front of the tight. Not a problem for running--but when you're biking that's right over the knee cap. I can use them, but I have to twist them to make them comfy.
