Spinervals for sale

I have 3 Spinerval DVD's for sale. I'll take $20 each and that includes shipping. I got them last year for Christmas and haven't used them. I looked at each one time.

I have BIG GEAR STRENGTH that is 55 minutes and 9.3 difficulty--big gear/low cadence strength building. It helps you develop strength and increase power output & speed.

I have 16.0 AERO BASE BUILDER I; that's 80 minutes. It's Interval Sessions to develop your aerobic base and endurance in post & pre season.

And the last one is 23.0 TIME SAVER I. It has 3 30 minute workouts. A is Technique and is 7.5 difficulty. B is Tempo/TT with a difficulty of 9.5. C is Power/Sprint and has a 9.9 difficulty rating.

I'm totally interested. AND, I live in the Columbia River Gorge, (live in White Salmon and work in Hood River). It's probably still easier to ship but if you're makin' a trip out my way we could hook up in person for the exchange. Right now I'm in LA with family and won't be back until Saturday, maybe we can work out details then. I'd like to take all 3 but I'm a little strapped for cash. I'm going to have to see what the budget like when I get home.

So, I'd love to but can't commit so feel free to take other offers in the meanwhile.
