    Weigh-in week of Dec. 18

I lost 5.5 pounds in the past two weeks (I skipped TOPS last week). BUT, last week I had gained 2, so really I lost more like 7.5. I'm very surprised. Curious what'll happen next week.

Great loss OTG! I admire your ability to keep losing with all this Christmas food around.

I suck. I have not lost anything for several weeks. I think I may have gained 1 lb but it's hard to tell because my weight fluctuates so much. For now, my diet is on hold with a goal to not gain more than 2 lbs over Christmas and then hit the diet hard after the break. I'm not too worried because I know I can do it when I put my mind to it. I haven't been riding, and haven't used the trainer lately because I hurt my back. It's better now so I have no more excuses.

Way to go, OTG!!! That's some mighty impressive weight loss!

I'm down about 3.5 lbs since I started my new program on Dec 3rd. I'm pleased. I'm hoping my momentum will help me through the holidays at my parent's house where I will be bikeless.
