    More veggies!

I discovered a new grocery store!

Well, not new, but new to me. I just found a sweet Korean grocery about 15 minutes from my house that is literally the size of a Superfresh (it used to be one, in fact). I reigned myself in the other day when I went, but ended up coming home with some goodies.

Right now I'm enjoying a very tasty (and healthy) stir fry with chicken, mung bean sprouts and fuzzy eggplant (fuzz removed).

I have a feeling I'm going to be enjoying quite a bit more veggies in the future (and more exotic ones as well!)

Erm, yeah. in my excitement I guess I got the two confused.

Green, not purple. I ate almost the whole thing too.

    It was good.

Ooooh. I forgot about the Asian market that I used to go to. I don't know what they really are called, but Korean sweet potatoes are awesome! They taste more like a lemon vanilla pound cake than a potato, but I loved them! I might need to find those again.

I will have to look into those next time I make a trip!

I asked for a book from my mom for Xmas called 'Beyond Bok Choy: A guide to Asian produce' and I'm really excited about it!
