Well, for the second week in a row, I have run 4.11 miles at lunch.

The first time I did it in 47 minutes. Today, I did it in 44 minutes.

Overall it felt pretty good and my arches held up without any pain. I got my typical lower leg pain around mile 2, but it was manageable. I will ice the inside of my lower legs tonight, to keep my soft tissue inflamation from flaring up.

These are the 2 longest runs I have done in the past year.

Anyone else do some long-ish runs since the 3rd?
