    she's in the 2nd half of her run now... she running 10:30 miles and her 1st half split was 2:17.... I can't believe she averaged over 17mph on the bike leg!!!!

    Yea, that was a FAST bike! And then to ride that fast for 100+ miles and running 10:30 minute miles.

    I knew she would do well... she is very disciplined and has been working really really hard.... I'm so happy for her that her day is going well!

    Really, so very happy for you!!! Revel in your accomplishment, enjoy the atmosphere as long as possible. Eat, drink, rest, and just bask in the glory of it all. Enjoy the awards banquet tomorrow and have fun realizing your dream of becoming an Ironman (it will fly by too fast). Congrats!!!!
