I lost 3 1/4 pounds this week (although I gained last week) and am down 10 pounds for the month of August! Yes!
The changes I made to my diet -- from your great advice -- are really helping. I can't even finish 1/2 cup of noninstant oatmeal in the mornings and I'm stuffed. The whole milk yogurt is amazing; it's tough to finish the container and I'm full. Having a sweet potato, chicken and vegetable instead of a salad for lunch carries me through to dinner, although sometimes I have a piece of fruit as a snack. Usually I don't need a snack after dinner, either.
Eat more, weigh less. I like it.
