    Hey everyone

We have a great interview with Emily Miazga, a top athlete and sports nutritionist, about Ironman race nutrition. There heaps of valuable information in there.

    Hey Bevan,
Love your ironman podcast - I'm a dedicted listener every week. The interview with the nutritionist was really good and I definitely recommend it to all the women here -

I looked up Emily's cookies and it seems like you can't buy them outside of New Zealand - any chance they'll be sold in the US soon? Thanks!

I'm not sure when she'll get them over there. Hopefully soon there are great.

Yeah, I tried but can't get it to work. It's fun reading the site, nonetheless.
