    Completed a tri this weekend!

The details are in the race report section!

Overall it was a good race. And I ran/walked an 11 minute mile! Gosh, when I can actually RUN the entire way... WATCH OUT!

And Running Mommy... I had a "run angel" with me! I would have made it alone, but he made it much better.

excellent - glad you were able to get out there - not the way you would prefer to do it, but doing it none the less.

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".

Congrats KSH!!! I was wondering when your tri was, and how you'd do! I'm going to jump over to the race reports and read your story ASAP! I'm so happy that you did it- and an 11 min/mi is really good considering all you've been through with your running lately!
    Congrats!!!!
