Overall it was a good race. And I ran/walked an 11 minute mile! Gosh, when I can actually RUN the entire way... WATCH OUT!
And Running Mommy... I had a "run angel" with me! I would have made it alone, but he made it much better.

Congrats KSH!!! I was wondering when your tri was, and how you'd do! I'm going to jump over to the race reports and read your story ASAP! I'm so happy that you did it- and an 11 min/mi is really good considering all you've been through with your running lately!
