Breakfast 1: 1 egg sandwich on whole wheat bread with 1/2 oz cheddar
Breakfast 2 3 hours later: 5 oz yogurt with raspberry jam and almonds
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat with tiny caesar salad and 2 huge cups steamed broccoli
Afternoon snack: 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat
Dinner: bowl of hot and sour soup, 2 oz roast pork. a few tablespoons of cookie dough for dessert![]()
