Fudge, BABY! Like you had fudge, and baby it was good??!!
    ---------
    Tea with honey and soymilk
    chocolate
    granola
    banana

salad: kale, sorrel, tofu, mushrooms, rice and with 3 tangerines, and a homemade kombucha.

    loquats
    1 beer

    apple
    steamed broccoli
1 garlic bomb (keeps the mosquitoes at bay and off my skin at night) A garlic bomb is traditionally a clove or raw garlic wrapped in cheese. I am vegan so I dip it in hummus or wrap it in tofu, whatever is in the fridge. Garlic is the magical cure to all ailments.

rode 22 miles commuting and 12 miles racing old men up the mountain. I passed all 6 people! And tied one.

L: Roasted/skinless chicken breast & Wasabi Arugula salad (yummmy)

    Today:
I had a weird eating day.
Woke up at 5 and ate a bowl of Greek yogurt with blueberries and some whole grain flax cereal thrown in, with about 1/4 a Luna Bar.
Went on a 25 mile ride with Hirakukibou at 6. At about 17-18 miles I started feeling very bonky. It could have been my asthma, but I had the distinct feeling I needed food. We had coffee and I bought a blueberry muffin, but I only ate half... it was too sweet and I just can't eat that stuff anymore. Should have finished the Luna Bar instead.
Came home and ate a piece of Machengo cheese, an orange, and more coffee

very small salad with chicken for lunch, an apple
    nuts and cranberries at 3:00
was absolutely starving when I got home at 4:45. Ate a small piece of whole wheat bread and a piece of string cheese

4 scallops with red curry paste/low fat coconut milk sauce, over brown rice, zucchini, 1 piece dark chocolate
    I am still starving

I think it does...My parents are in their late fifties and are (well, mom is!) on a portion-size reduction kick. I'm living with them right now, and they give me approximately the same portion size they eat. Between the age difference and my riding, I'm snacking in between meals all the time. (Granted, the only time I don't eat between meals is if I get a giant cooked breakfast. Then I don't really eat anything for the rest of the day!)
I realize n=1 is not a representative sample size, but still.

    Today:
    Cereal with 1%
Iced matcha latte (I'm addicted to the sweet matcha stuff from Rishi...convenient and cheaper than Starbucks!), made with 1%
    Small handful of potato chips
Peanut butter and jelly on toast
Leftover Indian food from Saturday (still tasteless!), one frozen samosa, a couple tomato slices, sauteed cabbage
    cherries
At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Today was...interesting foodwise:

    Bowl of cereal with 1%
    Cold and wet 34-mile ride
Half of a small latte because I was freezing
a small frappucino, no whipped cream this time.
Pulled pork (1/4lb) sandwich and potato salad (what? I was hungry! I had breakfast at 9:30, and didn't get lunch until 4!
Whole Foods wine tasting--quarter glass of wine (split the rest between my parents since I don't really like wine), very small amounts of a raw berry cobbler, pasta with tomato sauce, mashed potatoes, pork with chimichurri, tomatoes, onions, and some kind of unidentified cheese, and Greek yogurt with pistachios and granola.
Caesar salad with chicken...I only ate some of the chicken because it tasted like it had been strategically charred. One beer.
At least I don't leave slime trails.
