I need to work out but feel like a beached whale - I will a little later when I've digested some of my dinner.

I wish I had written down my food since Sunday. You guys would have just diedI have eaten a LOT of food post IM. A lot. I actually woke up to eat more at one point.
B: Egg white omelet with bacon, mushroom and cheese (ate about 3/4 of it), toast and fruit
L: turkey/cheese sandwich on whole wheat with a little potato salad, coffee, 1/3 of a yummy brownie
D: chicken, steamed veggies, small salad, small tart with berries
A little better today, but still too much - and I seem to be eating less than others around me but I know I have gained a little this week. Meh.
DID have a decent long workout last night, so thankful to return home tomorrow! Hopefully can go for a nice LONG ride Friday evening!

I've taken myself to a diner this morning and I'm waiting for my French toast, bacon, and homefries! Yum.
B: half c. cornflakes, tea and some strawberries. Cycled just for 10 kms. to go shopping. Then:
eggs benedict (with 2 poached eggs), with bechamel sauce over peameal bacon slice. Honest, I 'm glad there was no hollandaise sauce. I haven't eaten this amount of real eggs in the past 5 months! Homemade hash browns. Coffee with milk
L & Snack- soy yogurt and tea with milk
S: Not sure. Most likely lightly sauteed fennel, tomato over light noodle. very little.
I feel guilty but haven't had eggs benedict in almost 2 yrs.!
