Ah, to do two rides in a day...lucky you!
Another day of low-fiber eating:
B - wheat puffs, protein powder, almond milk, coffee
S - apple sauce
< nice sunny walk and light weight training at work lunch break>
L - mac and cheese, water
S - vanilla yogurt
D - spicy fish fillets, white ride pilaf, canned green beans, 1.5 glasses of white wine.
D - 1 square dark chocolate
One more day of low-fiber, then liquid diet on Sunday...oh boy!![]()
