165.5 lbs for me.
I forgot yesterday, but this morning I was 134.6.
It's been up a little, down a little, but no remarkable change in either direction these last two months. Probably just water weight fluctuation. I realize now that I am going to have to make significant changes in the way I eat (which isn't all that "bad" to begin with) because I don't think I can fit any more riding/weight lifting into my schedule and still have the necessary recovery time I find I need at my age. This is frustrating.

I'm at 131 lbs, came back from vacation with no biking included, too much sitting, too much food, and water retention. It's fine, though, could be a lot worse!
I'm back up at 180.4 A week of conferencing, even though I watched my intake. Nevertheless ... too much snacking between sessions, and too little physical activity. Actually I was up more than that, but the ride to H€ll on Monday helped whittle the gain back down a bit.
Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.
154lbs... it is magical number for me because 154lbs is the just below 70kg. And that is great! I stopped loosing for couple of weeks, but the last Sunday century seem to help. I still drink wine and beer, but definitely much less and I try no to eat late at night. The main thing is that I try to eat rather 5x a day and more than the 2x a day (before).
I want to thank GLC for organizing the chart. I am very competitive person but sometimes I get lost in grandiose goals - but the chart simplified my goal, my small weekly goal was to have at least little bit less on scale on Friday morning. Nothing more than that. And it worked. I would have never done with all of you sort of competing with me, but mainly I would have never done it without the chart. It is first time in my life (since adolescence) that I actually weight below 70kg ! No diet before really worked because I never really stuck to it.
What worked was combination that the first time in my life I did not WISH to loose weight, I DECIDED to loose weight. Without the chart it would be much harder battle. Thank you all!

Bike is still in the shop because bike guy wanted to wrangle some extra money out of me... long story. but he's said he will fix it 'at his cost' even though he is still trying to make me look like loose ball bearings are my fault.
so no riding.
bad weather, so no swimming.
some running
no weighing scale so no weighing.
I guess the weight loss needs to wait.
hopefully the next challenge will be less challenging.
Bouncing up and down in a 3lb window so I'll go with 164 for my final weight. 130 miles this week. Very tired after today's ride, haven't been eating too well lately.![]()
My final weigh in is 171. That's 10 poundd!it makes me so happy...I really never honestly thought I could make it past the 180 mark.
thanks for making the chart, I couldn't have done it with you it

Still 142 lbs. The more I work and the better I eat, the less I lose! <sigh>

188 here. Wow. September already. Almost done with PT and it's back to the gym for 3 days a week of strength training as I *forgot* to do it all season. Duh. SO that will definately show a change on the scale as well as the pants...
I really should stick with this program, but will be traveling four out of the next five Fridays (plus a variable number of days before and/or after). In fact, that makes it all the more important that I stick with the program. So ... do I weigh in the nearest I can get to a Friday? Or do I just jump in towards the end of the next 2 months (and admit to what all that travel has done to me weight-wise
)?

Well, at least I was down this week! 167.7.
I'm set for the next one.... are we doing it?! I feel my time is coming!
