Anyone still need to do this for the motivation because I find it does help me...
I hate to admit I have not lost one ounce for the past three weeks. I am still exactly 122.1 Maybe my scale is stuck. I was supposed to be 120 by March 1. Oh well, as long as I reach my goal of 115 by July 1st and my weight doesn't go UP...
Last night I took a look at my measurements from March last year and compared them to now. I have lost 20 inches over all. 4 inches each of my waist, hips, tummy and 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 inches off my arms, thighs, bust etc... The only place I haven't lost any inches are my calves but they don't have any fat on them so that's probably why. I have dropped 2-3 sizes as well. I was wearing a 10 and now I'm back to a 6. Yay! I'm still not "bikini worthy" and my fat %age is not low enough yet so I am going to continue to work at it. I really want to see if I can get down to an athelete's body for this one summer and see if it makes any difference to my biking. After that I'm going to just enjoy life and let my weight settle wherever it does. Within reason of course. I would be content with 122-125 in the end.
