PT, ladies, go to PT!! I can't help much without actually seeing your shoulders (umm, that sounds bad. but I mean it in a professional way). The shoulder is so wacky that you really should go to PT for anything, even years later. Did you know your arm isn't actually attached to the rest of your body?

    It's true!

My right shoulder sucks, but I don't go to PT for it cuz they'd make me exercise. And I don't believe in exercise. I just want chocolate and massage. Besides, I don't even have time to pee at work, let alone get my shoulder fixed.

(see kidney stone thread. Again, I'm telling the truth. I don't do that often, so take notes, ok?)

I support my rights to bare my shoulders to anyone. Yes, yes, PT. I don't go because it costs money.

And yeah, it's fascinating about the shoulder. Thanks, Dad, for showing me that with just a little work carving the November deer, one could make it look like the shoulder was never there at all. Weird.

Ha! Finally, a little company. I KNEW there must be a few others. Isn't it odd? Hard to explain to others, too.

    My Three Songs

(and please tell me I'm not the only one to visualize a cartoon tapping wingtipped foot here) (how old are we, anyway?)

    Happy Tuesday, y'all!

Here are the three songs I had to listen to before going to bed this morning:
Here it goes again, by Ok Go
    How we operate, by Gomez
    Possession, by Sarah McLaughlan

Feel free to purchase from iTunes, so the artists get some moola.

(oh, yeah, and at this very moment I'm listening to "Dudley's Kitchen" by the String Cheese Incident.)

Knotted yet is the Kineseo tape the miracle tape that the Discovery team talk about. I have read that their Chiro puts some pink tape on them after crashes etc. and it cures all.

    Pirates

Yar har, thar she blows. Me's had too much rum yar I tinks.

My fave radio station's breakfast show hosts tried to talk like pirates today...I think they had a ton of laughs!!!

Hello again. We've completed our moved and are enjoying the quiet streets surrounding our house. If it gets any quieter it might just be like a morgue..(you know what i mean..)

Our commute is rather interesting. I'm doing the short route in the AM as the headwind on the long route can be a #*$%*%%& and would like to get to work at a reasonable time!!! The long route is for the evening.

    The bike routes are heavenly...ahhh..

    c

Me tinks thar wind is a beaut.

I need to stop sleeping so early. I miss all the good TD discussions and find myself playing catch-up every morning. Never can be the same.

Here's the irony: we used all the ice for mai tais...
*snort. I hope they "fixed" your thumb pain and that it didn't transfer to your head this morning.

Knot - sorry about your crappy day. Why we as people have to have so many politics in our lives is baffling sometimes.

    Kit - great final question.

Lise - What are you going to do on your date with Plainfield guy?

CC - congrats on being all moved in. Moving is fun eh? I get to help some friends on saturday get moved in. Wheeeeeee....

Deb - Sorry you're not feeling well.

It's 43 degrees here in Chicago this morning. I did a double take toward the weather-watcher thing in my task bar. Noooooooo. But I can try out my new cold weather north face shirt I got at the REI sale that was severely marked down ($90 down to $40). It's also TEA weather. Anyone else a hot tea addict? I love the stuff from Republic of Tea.

I will also try out Sloane today on my commute in. Please send positive vibes that I don't kill myself in traffic I will leave early to allow extra time. And I have to swap out those pretty celeste green tires for more "practical" conti-4 seasons I got. They're boring and all black *sigh*

KN, thanks for the reassurance. It's a minor bruise (what I can see at the edge of the tape), and only sore. I bruise easily, too. This kineso tape is such an interesting idea. I'll google it, but do you know of any good links to learn more about it?

Beta, your cat looks just like my Isaac! Good luck with Sloane. Sorry you have to lose the pretty tires. I just looked at the weather page-- --49 degrees. Sigh. We may have one more flurry of warm at some point. Plainfield guy and I are meeting in OP for coffee at 2pm. Should you happen to wander through Cosi around that time....

I just looked at my October schedule. Good grief. I'm never going out on a date. I'm out of town for my brother's wedding one weekend, and I'm working most of the last two. Poor, poor me. I much prefer vacation, in which I don't work, and yet I get paid!

CC, I'm glad you've got the moving behind you! Now you can start to have fun settling in.

Ahoy! Roy looks adorable! Sorry to hear he turned into BadBird. What happened?

Plus which, did anyone else notice that beta's been holding out on us? In the past few weeks, she's revealed a dog and a cat and a bird that live with her. What other creatures, eh? And how do they all get along?
