Morning to you. It's a fine....rainy day here in Chicago. I was going to swim in the lake today, but that's proabably not going to happen. I need to find an indoor pool, otherwise I'm going to be wraught with excuses not to swim.

Now, do I commute in like a true bike commuter or take the subway.....

Fun! We've done a lot of rides together and it is really fun. It's like cycling but you go much faster, especially uphill!

It's good to have you back snap!

Fish--at the very least, you've done all that you can do. Now relax and enjoy...whatever. You've done your best, and there's nothing else for you to do at this point. You could research triathlons in the BR area! Hang in there. We're all pulling for you. L.

have you ever tried almond milk? it is much tastier than rice milk. hhmm, that doesn't really say much, does it. it is actually quite tasty, and I am not a non-milk milk drinker.

I posted a couple of pix from PPT up in Race Reports.

I have never tried Almond Milk. I love low fat, low sugar Soy milk (Silk Unsweetened is my favorite). Going to check out Trader Joe's after I sleep this afternoon.

OK! OK! I'm going to bed now!

Thanks CWR and Lise! There ARE a bunch of tri's in BR! Very cool (or hot - as the case may be). My coworkers are already claiming my stuff. Two of them are trying to claim my office and one has already claimed my computer. Who knew I had such desirable stuff?! And - they've already discussed who will get my technician. Yikes! I wonder what will happen when I actually get the offer? Good Lord!

speaking of mass chaos in the gov't. the stress level in my office has gone through the roof. we start eider (sea duck) banding this week and everyone is going crazy. there is so much more we have to do with the whole avian infuleza thing, testing and safety and bla bla bla. ok so it isn't bla bla bla its important stuff my my mind shut down in the meeting.

though my great easdropping skills just came in handy. they are going through who is going to do what during the actual drives and i get put on the hard jobs that need a light weight person. as one said in the meeting "shes light weight but strong as an ox." awe... i'm loved in my office. then they shut the door, so who knows what else they said about me.
