Totally agree with everything you've said. But at least in the cycling coverage, they not nauseating like they are in the swimming. If they say one more time, "she's going for gold".... I'll puke.

Aaarrrgh!
I wish they would show the Commonwealth Games on tv here!!! We get only updates on the radio and tv news, no real coverage. The Games were held here in Victoria in 1994, and they were wonderful. So great to chat and mingle with people from all over the world!

Sad news that Sarah Ulmer pulled out of the time trial today, because of a back injury.
I suspect she'll also pull out of the race on Sunday - and the games altogether

Road races today... my partner says he thinks Sarah Ulmer might be going to have a go...
Here's hoping for her sake... but regardless, should make for really interesting watching...

Hey there Snappy - looks like partner was wrong - no road races yesterday and I'm not a huge fan of ryhtmic gymnastics so watched very little games coverage yesterday
