    Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way To Go!!! Great time!!

    It's a sick addiction but so fun. I love the half because you can still have a life with your training plan. My advise is to sign up for another soon. Find one that keeps you in training now and don't let off. I found that I did so much better this year when I went from one to the next. I didn't slow down to small 3-5 mile runs and then try to gear back up then let it slip back again. I did 6 halfs in 9 months in 2007 starting in April. I hope to do the same this year. Look at the Ryan Halls half marathon plan on runners world. It really helped me with speed work and tempo runs. I couldn't follow it perfect but tried to really do the interval work.

    We have great halfs and fulls in Idaho!!
