Pineapple and beet (self juiced)
1 c plain yogurt w
1/2 c quinoa
Hand full of coconut flakes
ThIs was a new concoction that turned out to be great before
My ride ( rode 55 miles)
During ride
Had 100 percent coconut juice
4 figs newtons
And water
Post ride
2 grapefruits
In a blender ...mixed greens
Almond milk
Egg white protein powder
With ground flax seed
Dinner
Nachos
Blue chips topped w
Cheddar cheese
Black beans
Fresh tomatoes
Cilantro
And a Beer!

My goal is to get at least 400 calories at my three meals and make up the difference with snacks...

They are fine today, and I DID stretch and foam roll when I got home - perhaps bed came too quickly after my efforts?
