I'm watching Oprah... not necessarily a bad thing as she does have some interesting, thought provoking shows on occasion.

But today it's the British ladies that point out all the "don'ts" of fashion for women, with the main topic being bras.

I'm intrigued. I'm amazed. I'm in awe of that thing also know as a "boulder holder".

Even I, with what I term "little old lady change purse" boobies, can have breasts that are in the correct anatomical position (instead of looking south) AND fill out a t-shirt nicly.

    WOW!!!

Trying to find the connection between bras and getting a job... Are you planning to apply at Hooters?

I am in desparate need of new bras, and undies too. My best friend has a gazillion "sets" of bras and panties. They all match. If she accidently puts on an unmatched set, she'll drive home and change. I have two bras - they are both white. Oh, and my token sexy black one. All my panties are boring and too large. They match my butt I guess. I want at least one set of matching bras and panties. Better go put on Oprah...

Yup, I remember him talking about having to go through the recertification process. Don't know about an uncertified pa.

Well, it ain't called "Thread Drift" for nothin'

Yes, I have boobies... small and neglected, usually corralled into a "Barely There" pull-it-over-your head type bra, but boobies none the less, er, more??

And now, when next I go shopping for bras, I will be armed with empowering information thanks to Oprah.

    I will get properly fitted.

And purchase the bra that the nice saleslady tells me to...

...which will probably be a "Barely There" pull-it-over-your head type bra.

I just bought two white bras today, they are my only white bras. When I got home Opera was on and I wished I had watched her show first. I didn't even try the bras on Jones

You're thinking of a cyclops boob? One in the middle?

Guys! Did she do the bra-fitting show again? Someone told me about her last show on this same topic a couple of years ago, and last year I spent two hours at Nordstrom's getting the one and only bra fitting of my life. Weirdly enough, it was really fun. And for the first time, I do actually have bras that fit well and even are pretty. From a girl who a) didn't need (as in, not much there) and b) hated bras all her life, this is a tribute indeed. Weird but true.

    1. I thought that, too. Not sure who was wrestling with what there for a moment.

    2. Bra fitting has never been a good experience for me. I have large breasts. A 36D fits, sort of, usually. But there is no consistency of bra shape or size, so it's all a gamble. I invested a bunch of money in some Enell bras for running. I had to go buy an extender for the bottom couple of hooks, so I could breathe. It fits my boobs fine, but constrict my ribs too much around the bottom of the bra. Do I have an unusually large rib cage? I don't think so. Most sports bras leave me totally uniboobed. I just live with it.

    3. Thanks for the link about the PAs, snap. I'm more knowledgeable now.
