Yay Sarah ... but keep takin' it EASY...

It was raining hard this morning but... those are the miles that count, the REAL "Green Miles," and I had that GOre-tex suit (which isn't impervious, but it was also WARM and I'd just as soon have just gotten wet... I like being wet...) and the '68 Schwinn has fenders...
Just 100% humidity at 5:00; charged out and did 100 ferocious miles (at least 16 mph msot of it - haul, fenders, HAUL!) and arrived at the club ride in a right lather. All told, 40 miles & I'm FEELING IT (and I have my best ranking ever at bikejournal, but that'll not last over the weekend 'cause I'm goin' away...might go 50 HOURS between bike rides
