    Good for you! I have yet to actually get out and do the hill repeats excercise. Of course, I don't have any real hills close to home.

    I'm finally at the point, in my riding, that I mentally look forward to riding hills. I still don't like them, but I know they will make me stronger.

    Hope you are able to get the picture posted. I've never posted one before. I can't even get a picture to load for an avatar. I have a picture, of my dog, that's the right size etc, but it doesn't load correctly.

    LoL yes here i am and it doesn't work. Have to change picture size but don't have software for that

    I used to be afraid of hills too, simply because I don't ride a lot of them. But now I try to ride on them as much as possible. Too bad I can't post a picture

    Do a google search for Irfanview -- it's free to download and great for posting photos. Once you have it, just resize the height to 500 pixels and the width will automatically resize. I believe that size should be fine to post on this site.

    I just tried to post a photo and it worked fine. Here's the link:
