I've kicked my Klondike habit.Somehow I got it into my head that losing a few more pounds would be good for my climbing. I don't believe in "dieting", so I just kind of made a few changes - no more Klondike a day was one of them.
To me "dieting" means depriving yourself and cannot be maintained long term. Others with more will power can make it work.
