It sells out within hours of opening the day after the current year's race. So, you either have to qualify in a half IM (sitll have to pay), or buy a corporate slot, (like so expensive you can't even think about it) _or_ be at an event where they are either giving away slots in a raffle (still have to pay) or attend an event where they give away slots, first come first serve, afterwards (like sit in a line for hours waiting for them to start taking names and checks).
